Meatballs with Sweet and Sour Sauce  

1 package prepared frozen meatballs
2 Tbsp.
Cranberry Chutney
4 Tbsp.
Tangy Tomato Dressing
2 Tbsp.
Great Grilling Marinade
1 teaspoon brown sugar

  • Cook meatballs according to the directions on package. 
  • Mix together the last four ingredients and heat for 2 minutes in the microwave or in a boiler on top of the stove.
  • Pour sauce over the meatballs, turning gently in the sauce to coat and glaze the meatballs.
  • Meatballs can be served immediately or refrigerated at this point until ready to serve. 

To serve: heat meatballs thoroughly and serve with toothpicks as an appetizer or over rice as a main dish.

Tangy Pork Chops

4 pork chops (your choice of cut - bone in is best)
Sassy Seasoning or salt and pepper
4 Tbsp. Tangy Tomato Dressing

  • Sprinkle chops lightly with Sassy or with salt and pepper. 
  • Heat heavy skillet that has been rubbed with a touch of olive oil. 
  • Place chops in pan and lightly brown on both sides.  Turn heat to low.
  • Spread one Tbsp. Tangy Tomato on top of each chop. 
  • Cover skillet and continue cooking for about 10 minutes.  Length of time depends on thickness of the chops.  Pan juices that accumulate will lightly glaze chops. 
  • Serve pork chops hot, over rice or mashed potatoes with the pan juices on top!  Super Simple and Simply Delicious!
