Blueberry Apple Pie

    1 box Fruit Crumble
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 deep dish pie crust (slightly baked)
    1 can slied apples (or 3 fresh apples chopped)
    1 pkg. frozen blueberries
    1

    Place as many apples as you choose to baked into a baking dish. Trim bottoms so the apples stand. 

  • Put fruit in lightly baked pie crust.
  • Put half the Fruit Crumble in a bowl with melted butter and mix well.
  • (Save rest of the Crumble for another pie later!)
  • Sprinkle Crumble over fruit and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Delicious warm - plain or with ice cream.
  • VARIATION: Use apples and blackberies, apples and fresh cranberries, apples with raspberries, strawberries, cherries or a combination of any of these fruits.
