Ice Cream Sandwich

    Baked Fudge Triples Cookies
    Ice Cream - any flavor you choose    Prepare Mississippi Delta Fudge Pie as directed on the box using eggs and butter. 

  • Dip or slice ice cream onto the flat side of one cookie.  Top with another cookie to make a sandwich.   
  • Place in the freezer immediately - then when frozen wrap tightly and freeze until needed needed.
  • Variation:  Sandwich two cookies together with peanut butter instead of ice cream!  Yum!

Shaped Cookies

  • Prepare Fudge Triples Cookies as directed on the package.
  • Spray the inside of the large open cookie cutters or pancake shapers that you will be using - well with non-stick spray.
  • Place the cookie cutters on a baking sheet and drop in enough cookie dough to half "fill" the cutter.
  • Adjust baking time and cool slightly before removing cutter.
