About Us
In 1976 our family opened The Crown restaurant inside our English antique shop in Indianola MS. All of the products we produce now, including our Smoked Catfish Pate, originated in The Crown's kitchen. In 1989, we began marketing Taste of Gourmet with our Pate, Mississippi Delta Fudge Pie, Bayou Beer Bread and Southern Praline Pie. Now we produce over 40 delicious products at our plant in Indianola, all created to make our customer's meal preparation simple and so delicious! Our family takes pride in our products and feels a close bond with our customers some of whom send notes on line, talk to us on the phone and come into The Crown in downtown Indianola to visit with us. We look forward to "meeting" you too.
The Crown
Visit us at The Crown in downtown Indianola, the heart of the Mississippi Delta! Open Tuesday through Saturday - serving lunch from 11 AM to 2 PM with the gift shop open from 9 AM to 5 PM. The Crown is filled with art from local artists, unique gift items, classic toys and books and of course our delicious food products. At The Crown you will always be treated like a King!
